What is the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal means that, based on statutory authorization, you may unilaterally withdraw from a contract concluded online and, upon returning the product, request a refund of the amount you have paid from the merchant. The right of withdrawal compensates for the fact that, prior to purchase, there was no opportunity to inspect or try the product, and that the purchase decision was based solely on information unilaterally provided by the seller.
